How It Works

Export your Gmail data

Start by visiting Google Takeout (takeout.google.com) and selecting only "Mail" in the list of Google products. Choose to export your entire inbox or only labeled emails (recommended).

Upload your .mbox file

Once Google has prepared your export, download the .mbox file(s) and upload them to GPrint.eMail. Our service accepts files up to 50MB in size.

Preview and customize

After uploading, you'll be able to preview how your emails will look in the PDF. Customize formatting options like date format, email ordering, and page layout.

Pay and generate PDF

Once you're satisfied with the preview, make a one-time payment and we'll generate your complete PDF file with all your emails.

Download your PDF

Your PDF will be available for immediate download. If you chose the email delivery option, we'll also send it to your email address. You will have 48 hours to download your PDF before it is deleted from our servers.

Pro Tips:
  • For smaller PDF files, export only specific Gmail labels instead of your entire inbox. Since each email can have multiple labels, adding print-specific labels will help you control the size and content of the PDF (e.g. "2025 Deductions", "Book Collaboration").

  • Tip: Google Takeout may split very large mailboxes into multiple .mbox files. GPrint.email can handle files up to 50MB. Additional files should be uploaded separately.

  • Google .mbox files contain attachments. GPrint.email will not process attachments, but the added file size can limit the number of emails that can be processed.

  • If you just want a backup of your emails, Google's .mbox format is sufficient. Our service is designed for creating readable, printable PDFs which incidentally can be used as a backup.
